Level 1 classes are for the athletic novice. They place an emphasis on efficiency in movement while building foundational strength. More than anything young athletes need to learn their bodies. As they develop physically, mentally, and athletically, physical demands change. Things like overall strength and body type will impact the execution of safe and effective movements. In the level 1 class, our goal is to help athletes discover what it feels like to move properly and with purpose. We want them to make the type of mind body connections that will encourage future development and support their efforts to reach their greatest potential.

Level 2 classes are for the athlete who has at least 5-6 years of sports and/or training under their belt. They take the next step by adding a variety of explosive movements to the general strength training we do with the level 1 classes. After a proper warmup our classes typically roll into various agility drills. The agility drills are typically not sport specific because, as it is in all of our classes, our goal is to develop the whole athlete. This type of training allows the athlete to be challenged by a variety of movements that not only make them a better athlete but also help to prevent injury. 

Level 3 classes are for the more experienced athlete. These athletes are typically our junior varsity, varsity, and collegiate athletes. They have upwards of 8+ plus years of sport participation and/or training on their resumes. We often teach more advanced lifting techniques with this group and utilize several different plyometric drills to develop WHOLE BODY explosiveness. These athletes are often involve with some other form of training with their school and/or club teams so we make sure to communicate with our athletes about the perils of overtraining and the importance of recovery. We frequently take the time to incorporate active recovery techniques to facilitate growth so that they athlete gets the most from their training when they are with us and when they are not.

HITT (High Intensity Tactical Training)​

 

Don't let the name intimidate you. You get to make these classes as hard or as difficult as you'd like. Classes are currently offered 2x per week Tuesdays/Thursdays at 6pm. Please call, email, fill out our our contact form, or speak with a trainer to get started today!
